If a dispute arises, we will attend meetings with the tenant and/or landlord. We would also be prepared to attend court if required.
Digital ImageryIt is important to have as thorough a record as possible of the condition of the property. Therefore, digital imagery is available at an additional fee when completing or updating an inventory, at tenancy commencement or termination. The images will be emailed to you along with the standard reports as outlined above. Explanatory voice-overs are available for no extra charge.
Customer Service AssuranceWe will work with you to agree an individually tailored service level agreement including: Ø Services required Ø Type and structure of inventory to reflect your own corporate identity Ø Instruction format Ø Service delivery timescales Ø Performance criteria We suggest that quarterly meetings are held (at your convenience) to ensure that the services provided remain appropriate and discuss any issues or suggestions for improvement of the process.
