Inventory and Property Management Services
Please note that we may be able to offer a ‘stepped’ programme
of fees driven by volume of instructions. Fees are reviewed on an annual basis.
For initial inventory production, representation at tenancy
commencement/termination or inspections during a tenancy a menu driven pricing
policy is adopted. This will depend on the service requested and the size of the
property in question.
As a guide, an inventory for an unfurnished studio apartment
is £55 and for a standard 4 bedroom furnished house is £155.
